4. Order Placement, Confirmation and Fulfillment
4.1 Order Placement
When you place an Order on the Store, you are making a binding offer to purchase the Products specified in the Order at the prices indicated (including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges). You confirm that all information provided when placing the Order (such as shipping address, contact information, and payment details) is accurate and complete.
4.2 Order Confirmation
After you submit an Order and complete the payment, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address associated with your account or Order. This confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your offer; we will only accept your Order when we send a shipping confirmation email indicating that the Order has been processed and shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

Product pricing or description errors due to typographical mistakes, system malfunctions, or other reasons;

Insufficient inventory or out-of-stock Products;

Suspicion of fraudulent transactions, unauthorized use of payment methods, or other illegal activities;

If we cancel an Order that has already been paid, we will refund the full amount paid by you to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
4.3 Order Fulfillment
We will fulfill your Order in accordance with the product information, shipping method, and delivery address specified in the Order. The order processing time and delivery time are subject to the provisions of our Shipping Policy. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Products are delivered on time, but we shall not be liable for any delivery delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (such as weather conditions, traffic jams, customs inspections, or logistics carrier issues).
5. Payment Terms
You agree to pay the full amount of the Order (including product prices, taxes, shipping fees, and other applicable charges) using the payment methods accepted by the Store (such as credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or other third-party payment services). All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment processing system, and we do not store your payment card information.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to verify the validity of your payment information and may contact you for additional verification if necessary. If the payment is declined, failed, or reversed for any reason, we will not fulfill the Order and may suspend or cancel the Order.
6. Product Information and Quality
We strive to provide accurate and detailed product information on the Store, including descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colors, materials, and images. However, we do not warrant that all product information is 100% error-free, complete, or up-to-date. Due to differences in display devices, lighting conditions, and other factors, the actual color, appearance, and texture of the Products may differ slightly from the images on the Store, and such differences shall not constitute grounds for return or refund unless the Products are defective.
All Products sold on the Store comply with relevant quality standards. If you receive a defective Product (excluding damage caused by transportation or improper use), please contact our customer service within the time limit specified in the Return and Refund Policy and provide relevant proof. We will handle the issue in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.
For custom-made or personalized Products (such as sofas with custom fabrics, custom-sized TV stands), you must confirm the design, specifications, and other details before placing the Order. Once the production of custom Products has started, modifications or cancellations may not be allowed, or additional fees may be charged. The quality of custom Products shall be subject to the confirmed design and specifications.
7. Returns and Refunds
The return and refund policies for Products purchased from the Store are subject to our separate Return and Refund Policy. By placing an Order, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the Return and Refund Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, custom-made or personalized Products and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the Store and its contents (including but not limited to trademarks, logos, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, product designs, and text, images, videos, and other materials on the Store) are owned by us or our licensors. If you engage in any prohibited use, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Store, cancel your Orders, and pursue your legal liability. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your prohibited use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or personal injury) arising from or in connection with your use of the Store, purchase or use of Products, or inability to use the Store's services. This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the damages are caused by negligence, breach of contract, tort, or other reasons.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Store shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Products related to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law (such as liability for personal injury or property damage caused by our intentional or grossly negligent acts).

We will try our best to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the court having jurisdiction over the place where we are located for resolution.
